Cancel Your Subscription

I didn’t authorize a subscription or recurring charge

This subscription policy is part of our Terms of Use, which you accepted when signing up for GlowUp services.

When you subscribed, you were clearly presented with:

  • Any applicable trial price (e.g., $0.99 for 7 days, if offered)

  • The subscription rate that applies after the trial (weekly, monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or annual, depending on your choice)

  • The fact that the subscription renews automatically unless canceled

By confirming your purchase, you provided explicit authorization for GlowUp (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Key Points from our Terms

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or annual).

  • Cancellation Deadline: You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid further charges.

  • Active Cancellation Required: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. To stop charges, you must cancel via your account settings or the store where you purchased.

  • Billing Authorization: By subscribing, you authorized GlowUp to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.

How to Cancel

  • Website Purchases:
    Log into the Maxxing app → Settings → Account Management → Subscription Details → Cancel Subscription.
    Or email us at support@glowupllc.com. Send your full name, last 4 digits of a card, card brand (visa, mastercard, etc) and date of any transaction so we can locate your subscription.

  • App Store Purchases:
    Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account. Must be done at least 24 hours before the renewal. Cancel an App Store subscription

  • Google Play Purchases:
    Cancel a Google Play subscription Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Account. Must be done at least 24 hours before the renewal.
